The Wedding Ceremony

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

1 Corinthians 13:4-7

After we had taken our wedding portraits, we were off to the church. Saying “Hi” to friends and family before the customary tea ceremony was surreal. Even after the tea ceremony, we spent most of the time inside the waiting room bribing the kids to walk down the aisle without a fuss.

Waiting outside the doors was the most nerve wreaking moment I’ve ever felt. It was that moment where you know your life was about to be changed forever. Super grateful to have my dad walk me down the aisle and my best friend, Clem reassuring me that all would be fine.
